I am very proud of our community at Rosebank and enjoy providing personal tours if anyone is interested in learning more. Please don’t hesitate to give me a call. I look forward to meeting you. We wish you and your family a very wonderful holiday season and a happy New Year.

Fantastic Turnout For Public Open Day
21 Jun 2011Sunday May 22nd was the perfect day for a walk-through our brand new Rosebank Villas.
Well over 300 people turned up to see these impressive residences.
The response far exceeded expectations with Manager Sue Prowse saying “We’re just delighted with the turnout. The feedback confirms our belief that older members of our community want freedom, space and security in their home environment. They want to enjoy life to the full without the usual maintenance and safety worries.”
Comments from those who walked through the Villas included surprise at how attractive and spacious they are – particularly in the lounge, dining and kitchen areas. Many remarked on the stylish and tasteful colour schemes. And those guests who love to cook seemed to be very impressed with the kitchens.

Post-earthquake demand for retirement beds eased by Rosebank Village.
2 May 2011Rosebank Village – Ashburton’s first dedicated Retirement Village, was officially opened by Rangitata MP Jo Goodhew on Sunday. The opening of Stage One – six self-contained Villas – adds Independent living to Rosebank’s care options.

We’re so very glad to offer people the best of both worlds: independence and security. Help is only seconds away should they need it.”
When complete, Rosebank Village will provide Ashburton with a unique retirement village environment; 27 two and three-bedroom self-contained Villas and a Community Centre for the use of Villa residents. Residents also have a Villa Coordinator dedicated to supporting them in living as independently as possible.
“It’s important for residents’ health and wellbeing to live a full and active life – which includes having room for friends and family to visit and stay. The Rosebank Village Community Centre will provide an extra space for mixing with other Villa residents and celebrating special family occasions,” says Sue Prowse.
